Any cancellations must be made in writing by Friday, October 4 and will be subject to a $10 processing fee.

In order to earn the ASHA CEU, the participant must do the following:
IF you want to earn ASHA CEUs for the October, 2019 Best Practices Conference then you MUST do the following: Go to http://mtsreport.com/gosslp/19oct to review and confirm the sessions that you attended at the Best Practices Conference. Use your last name and ID number from your badge to login. Once the report is opened you will have 20 minutes to (1) verify your attendance; (2)provide us with your ASHA membership number; (3) complete the assessment of learning, (4)complete the session/conference evaluation and (5)print your certificate of attendance.
