Do I need to be signed in to register for the conference?


 If you have attended Best Practices in previous years, you probably have an existing profile.   

(Hint: If you tried to send yourself a password reset email but don't see it, check your spam folder. Also be sure to try both your work and personal email addresses.)


I am still having trouble logging in.

Can I renew my dues and pay for my registration in the same payment (i.e., at the same time)?

Yes, BUT not through the website. 

To pay your dues and registration fee at the same time you must print a registration form and mail the completed form to the Executive Office along with a check.

Can I register now and have my school pay later?


Sign in and register as you normally would; when you get to the end,  check the payment option "Bill Me." Then click "Submit Order." You are now registered, and on the next page there will be a link that you can click to print your invoice and submit to your school. 


If you can't print your invoice immediately, you can always access it later by logging in to your profile: click "Manage Profile" in the right sidebar menu, and then click the Invoices section to view, print, or pay any open invoices you have.
